Transportation/Lodging
|
All transportation will be secured by One Way Ministries. We will fly out of the Birmingham, Alabama airport (BHM) to Entebbe (EBB). While in Uganda, we will be staying in various locations depending on the worksite. Some teams may stay in homes and/or schools in townships while others may stay at local motels. Some trips require living in the townships with locals in rural situations. Transportation generally comes in the form of vans while in country.. |
Climate

The weather in Uganda is consistent as it is near the equator. The low temperature averages in the 60’s with the highs in the 80’s. With varying elevations, there can be snow on Mount Elgon and much cooler temperatures in the mountains.
