One thing God's been teaching me is that I can't plan my life out on my own. Everytime I try to make long term plans for the future something happens where God steps in and changes my direction. I'm experiencing one of the moments right now where it's hard to see why God would change what worked out so perfectly in my head, but I can look back on the other times God has changed my flawed plans and I'm trusting that he's working out something good right now. His plans are always better than our own. Isaiah 55:8-9 And I'm so glad that God never gives up on us. I keep going back to this same struggle, but God's still there lovingly calling me to just trust Him. Not month by month or year by year but day by day. James 4:13-15 reminds me of this truth. We know not what the future holds but we know the One who does.
